Measures A and B will transform the fenced-off land at 90 North Winchester from an eyesore to a new neighborhood for Santa Clara.

Measures A and B will build 162 units of affordable rental housing for our senior citizens and single family homes, ideally located within walking distance of shopping and services.

Measures A and B will result in a comprehensive environmental cleanup, finally addressing the concerns about toxins on the site.

Measures A and B will also provide public access to the property in the form of over three acres of gardens, open space, and a public park.
